Disclosure of Rental Requirements & Housing Choice Voucher Acceptance
We accept applicants participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, provided they meet all other rental criteria for the property. Of the 310 total apartment homes, 31 homes (10%) are not required to participate in the program. The remaining homes consist of 124 homes (40%) and 155 homes (85%) that are required for program participation. These designated homes are available to households earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) at reduced rents. Annual income recertifications and related documentation will be required for all residents occupying these lower‑income units.
